JOB OVERVIEW

AI Integration & Automation Specialist

Role Overview

You will architect, implement, and maintain AI and automation workflows across our core stack. This includes standing up Gemini Enterprise, orchestrating data flows with n8n and related tools, and connecting platforms like ConnectWise, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and more. After internal success, you will help document and support repeatable rollouts.

What You’ll Build
-AI assistants and agentic workflows powered by Gemini Enterprise, n8n automations that move data between ConnectWise, HubSpot, M365, SharePoint, Slack or Teams, Gmail or Outlook, and cloud storage
-Retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases
-Secure webhook and API integrations that are observable, testable, and versioned
-Reusable templates and SOPs to deliver this as a managed service

Key Responsibilities
-Set up and manage Google Gemini Enterprise across the organization
-Orchestrate end-to-end workflows with n8n including triggers, webhooks, queues, retries, and error handling
-Build and test API integrations between ConnectWise, HubSpot, M365, Outlook, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS
-Create RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, metadata enrichment, and indexing in Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or pgvector
-Implement role-based access, secrets management, and secure data connections
-Add guardrails, prompt templates, and evaluation checks for LLM quality and safety
-Instrument observability and alerting for automations using logs and dashboards
-Maintain clear documentation for integrations, workflows, and runbooks
-Troubleshoot integration issues and propose pragmatic fixes
-Package the approach into a repeatable client implementation with templates and SOPs

Qualifications
-Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
-Hands-on with n8n or similar low-code automation tools
-Experience with Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint integrations
-Scripting in Python or JavaScript for custom nodes, middleware, or utilities
-Familiarity with Gemini, OpenAI, or Vertex AI and modern LLM concepts
-Knowledge of data modeling, ETL patterns, and JSON transformation
-Excellent communication, documentation, and problem solving
-High accountability, organization, and initiative
