About the Role
I’m looking for a thoughtful, fashion-minded virtual stylist to help me bring order, creativity, and fresh vision to my existing wardrobe. I’ve already photographed my clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry. Now, I need your eye to help me put it all together.
This is a remote position where you’ll help me create styled looks for different parts of my life: speaking engagements, church services, real estate client meetings, casual outings, travel days, and formal events. We’ll use the Indyx iOS app to build and organize my wardrobe, and I’ll cover the premium subscription if needed.
You won’t need to shop for me or build a wardrobe from scratch. I simply need help refining and coordinating what I already own into outfits that are appropriate, elegant, and true to who I am.
A Little About Me
I’m a minister, real estate broker, and author based in Tennessee. I show up in many different spaces — from pulpits to closing tables to Sunday brunch — and I want my wardrobe to reflect confidence, modesty, purpose, and grace. My style is a blend of sophistication and professionalism, with a touch of Afrocentric flair.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Access my wardrobe photos inside the Indyx app and help me organize them by category, color, and occasion
Create polished and appropriate outfits for specific events like:
Sunday services
Real estate closings and networking
Speaking engagements (in person and virtual)
Brunch or lunch with friends
Travel and formal events
Build lookbooks and mood boards in the app so I can easily find what to wear
Tag each item and outfit with helpful details like occasion, season, and location
Suggest styling adjustments, accessory pairings, or layering options
Use the app’s built-in photo editor to clean up background images and help the catalog look its best
Provide brief notes or explanations for each outfit so I understand how to pull it together myself
What I’m Looking For:
Someone with experience in styling, wardrobe curation, or fashion coordination
A person who understands how to work with modest, professional, ministry-appropriate clothing
Comfortable using iOS and willing to work inside the Indyx app (training provided if needed)
Organized and good at communicating clearly and kindly
Someone who enjoys helping others look and feel their best
Bonus if you have experience building digital lookbooks or working with speakers or professionals
Details:
This is a short-term project paid by the hour
Please include your hourly rate when you apply
We’ll begin with a paid trial task (such as styling 3 to 5 looks) and move from there
I’d love to get started right away, with the project expected to last around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how we pace it
