We’re a fast-growing US-based career coaching company helping senior leaders land VP and C-suite roles.
We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and reliable outbound setter to help us fill our calendar with qualified leads.
Your job is to manage LinkedIn outreach and other channels using our tools and proven templates.
You’ll respond to warm leads, follow up with interested prospects, and book strategy calls for our closers.
You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment with high responsiveness, including some weekends.
We’ll train and support you, but you’re expected to take full ownership of follow-ups and lead movement.
This is not a virtual assistant role. You’ll be a key part of our sales team, directly driving revenue.

Pay: $800–$1,500/month depending on experience and performance. Includes a fixed base plus performance incentives.
