We’re hiring a skilled video editor to help us build high-impact content for ads, landing pages, and narrative-based funnels. Your job? Create videos that stop the scroll, build belief, and drive conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Edit short-form ad creatives for Meta
Structure video content that aligns with our funnel journey: Hook ? Problem ? Unique Mechanism ? CTA
Cut and reframe VSLs, listicle-style videos, and UGC mashups
Use motion graphics, B-roll, captions,
Deliver modular video assets we can repurpose across platforms
Must-Have Skills:
Strong editing sense for pacing, attention curves and emotional flow
Ability to build narrative structure, not just pretty edits
Experience with ad-first editing (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
Confident with Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or DaVinci
Excellent English comprehension (most voiceovers/scripts are in English)
Strong eye for visual storytelling and retention
Bonus If You Have:
Experience editing performance ads or VSLs
UGC-style editing with punchy subtitles and fast transitions
Familiarity with psychological ad frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.)
Background in direct response marketing or e-commerce content

Job Details:
