GIG TYPE: One-Time Project

After a successful implementation there may be follow-on work to monitor and update campaigns.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
We need an expert to set up our complete LinkedIn and Google Ads infrastructure from the ground up. This is a one-time setup project where you'll configure everything so we can take it from there and manage it ourselves with minimal tweaks.
Once complete, we'll have a fully functional B2B ad ecosystem ready to launch and optimize in-house. We already have the keywords and copy defined for the ads, we need help with the set-up.

WHAT WE NEED
LinkedIn Setup
• Create and configure our LinkedIn Ads account
• Build optimized B2B awareness campaign structure
• Set up ad tagging for engagement tracking (video views, clicks, page visits)
• Create audience segments (website visitors, ad engagers, custom lists)
Google Remarketing Setup
• Install and verify Google Tag Manager on our website
• Install LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Create Google Search remarketing audience lists from LinkedIn traffic
• Create Google Display remarketing audience lists
• Build pre-configured remarketing campaign templates (ready to launch)
Tracking & Compliance
• Configure cross-domain tracking
• Set up GDPR & CCPA-compliant tagging
• Implement conversion tracking through GTM and LinkedIn Insight Tag
Deliverables
• Fully configured, ready-to-launch LinkedIn Ads account with first awareness campaign
• Verified pixels and tags installed on website
• Active audience segments documented and exported
• Pre-built Google Search and Display remarketing campaign templates
• Clear documentation on all setup (so we know what's there)
• 1-hour walkthrough call explaining everything

REQUIRED SKILLS
• 3+ years managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and remarketing
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA compliance in ad setup
• Ability to create clear, usable documentation for non-technical handoff
• Strong communication (we'll need a brief walkthrough call at the end)
