You’ll also be trusted with confidential and privileged business information. We take confidentiality very seriously — you can think of it like the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) level of professionalism, loyalty, and trust.
This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful, contribute ideas, and grow your skills in business operations and real estate systems management.

• Executive Support: Assist the CEO with follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping the business organized day-to-day.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements — we love people who make things better, not just maintain them.
Who You Are
• Initiative-Driven: You don’t wait for direction — you act. You take pride in making things happen and finding solutions.
• Ownership Mindset: Pay is based on hours worked, not hours scheduled. You’re focused on productivity, accountability, and results.

• Trustworthy & Discreet: You understand the importance of confidentiality and treat sensitive business information with the highest level of care.
Compensation & Hours
• Rate: $2 USD per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time)
