???? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media,
• Manage brand identity, messaging, and online presence (website, social media pages, landing pages).
• Plan and schedule content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors (local and international teams).
• Analyze data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Manage CRM, automation tools,
• Organize reports on marketing performance weekly/monthly.

? Qualifications
Must-Haves:
? At least 2–3 years experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
? Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media ads, funnels & analytics
? Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
? Experience using tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, Trello/Asana, etc.
? Strong project management and leadership skills
? Stable internet and ability to work remotely full-time
Bonus Points (Preferred):
? Experience with U.S.-based or international clients
? Knowledge of video marketing, webinar funnels, SEO, and automation tools
? Basic design, copywriting, or brand storytelling skills
