A small business website developer and marketing coordinator who also serves as an executive assistant in a commercial real estate sales brokerage is a hybrid role suited for those who are tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities. This position combines web development, digital marketing, and administrative expertise with an understanding of commercial real estate processes.
Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, mobile-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.?
Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including
Produce and update marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentation decks for sales pitches and property listings.?
Oversee and update listing platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) and the company’s CRM database with accurate property, prospect, and client information.?
Coordinate marketing analytics and reporting, track campaign performance, and suggest actionable improvements.?
Plan, coordinate, and execute events,
Provide executive-level administrative support — manage calendars, schedule appointments, book travel, handle correspondence, and assist with expense reports.?
Prepare contracts, listing agreements, market reports, and legal documentation required for property sales and transactions.?
Manage communication with clients, prospects, vendors, and brokers to ensure timely responses and a high level of service.?
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business and client information.?
Desired Qualifications
Experience in web development (WordPress, Squarespace, basic HTML/CSS) and online marketing (SEO,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and commercial real estate platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, or CRM tools.?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.?
Project management skills and the capacity to work independently, often under tight deadlines.?
Previous experience in commercial real estate, property marketing, or a similar sales environment preferred but not required.?
Bachelor’s degree or specialized certification in marketing, computer science, real estate, or business administration preferred.?
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and support business development initiatives.?
