ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Landing Page Designer who can blend direct-response design principles with strong visual storytelling to create high-converting Replo and Funnelish pages.
This role is central to how we scale brands. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing landing pages, advertorials, and sales funnels that align with ad creative angles and drive measurable performance improvements (CTR, CVR, and ROAS).
If you’re someone who loves the psychology behind conversion design — headlines, hero layouts, CTA positioning, visual flow — and you can take a concept from wireframe to polished Replo/Funnelish build, this role is for you.
You’ll collaborate daily with copywriters, creative strategists, and media buyers, translating performance insights into high-converting visual experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design and build Replo landing pages that convert paid ad traffic into leads and customers
Build and optimize Funnelish advertorials and sales pages, ensuring all elements are on-brand, mobile-optimized, and built for speed and conversion
Implement best practices in direct-response design — hierarchy, attention flow, social proof placement, and urgency elements
Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to bring pre-sell storylines to life visually
Perform A/B testing on layouts, hero images, CTAs, and other conversion points
Monitor performance data and iterate based on analytics feedback
Maintain consistent brand design guidelines while optimizing for conversions
Stay ahead of eCommerce funnel and CRO trends, as well as evolving UX standards
Build and manage page libraries for quick deployment across multiple brands
