Growster is hiring a precision-driven Amazon Account Manager who can own the operational backbone of our brands - from flat-file uploads to account health and performance reporting.

You’re not just an “account manager” - you’re a system-thinker with a deep understanding of Amazon’s operational landscape.
You’re fluent in Seller Central, flat-files, and case management.
You take pride in accuracy, organization, and process discipline.
You’re comfortable solving complex problems with Amazon Support.
You can juggle multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines without losing precision.
You’re proactive - spotting small issues before they become big ones.
???? What You’ll Do
Own all daily operational workflows across assigned Amazon accounts.
Manage flat-file uploads - create, troubleshoot, and fix listing issues (parent/child relations, variations, attributes, suppressed listings).
Maintain account health - handle listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and compliance notifications with Amazon Support.
Plan and track inventory - ensure correct FBA replenishment, inbound shipments, and restock limits.
Execute catalog updates - titles, bullets, A+ modules, and backend optimizations.
Communicate with clients through clear weekly updates and monthly reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (PPC, design, and strategy) to align operational actions with growth goals.
Build and maintain SOPs to make recurring processes faster and more reliable.
???? What You Bring
2 + years experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of flat-file templates, listing reinstatement, and case escalation.
High attention to detail - you double-check everything before hitting “Submit.”
Strong written English; confident communicator with clients and Amazon reps.
Proficiency with Google Sheets (lookup formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables).
Experience preparing Sellerboard / Helium 10 or manual reports preferred.
Bonus: familiarity with inventory forecasting and basic keyword SEO.
