???? Your Core Responsibilities

Create high-quality UGC-style ads and product videos for our coaching and eCommerce brands.

Use AI tools (e.g., Sora 2, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar) to generate and edit realistic model/product footage from still product images.

Repurpose competitor and trending content using creative editing techniques (cropping, pacing, captions, voice-overs, effects).

Produce high-converting Meta and TikTok ad creatives following proven frameworks.

Edit long-form YouTube and VSL content for our coaching brand when needed.

Collaborate with our founder and media team to brainstorm new ad angles, hooks, and storylines.

Maintain organized project files, versioning, and deliver on time.

???? Qualifications We’re Looking For

? Proven experience as a video editor for eCommerce brands or digital agencies
? Skilled in UGC ad creation and understanding of what converts on Meta and TikTok
? Experience using AI video tools (Sora 2, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.)
? Ability to turn static product photos into dynamic AI-generated model videos
? Creative eye for hooks, pacing, storytelling, and emotional persuasion
? Comfortable editing for different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms
? BONUS: Experience editing YouTube videos, Reels, and VSLs for personal brands or agencies
