JOB OVERVIEW

Please Read Carefully Before Applying

We are only looking for experienced, high-level Amazon UK product sourcers who take pride in their work and want to grow long-term with a serious eCommerce business.

If you are the type of person who can spot opportunities others miss, understand Keepa deeply, and know how to source with both software and manual analysis, keep reading.

We are not looking for average VAs.

We are looking for real deal analysts.

?

About the Role

We are building a high-performance Amazon UK sourcing team and are looking for exceptional product sourcers who can consistently find profitable, scalable, and well-analysed deals.

This role is for someone who understands that sourcing is not just about running scans.

You must be able to:
• Analyse Keepa properly
• Understand historical price behaviour
• Identify strong opportunities from data
• Use tools like ArbiSource, SellerAmp, and Keepa
• Find both software-assisted and manually discovered deals
• Think critically like a buyer / analyst, not just a basic VA

If you are highly skilled, detail-oriented, and serious about becoming one of the best in Amazon sourcing, this could be a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential.

?

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in:
• Amazon UK Online Arbitrage sourcing
• Keepa deal analysis (this is extremely important)
• ArbiSource sourcing / custom scans
• Manual sourcing / online analysis
• Amazon-to-Amazon opportunities
• Storefront stalking / advanced research methods
• Understanding of buy box behaviour, competition, rank, and price stability
• Ability to identify real opportunities, not just obvious or low-quality scan results

Wholesale sourcing experience is a plus, but not required.

?

Your Responsibilities
• Source profitable and high-quality products for Amazon UK
• Focus primarily on categories such as:
• Electronics
• Home & Kitchen
• Toys
• (and other strong opportunities where relevant)
• Find a mix of:
• Keepa-led opportunities
• ArbiSource opportunities
• Manual / online analysis deals
• Amazon-to-Amazon opportunities
• (Potentially wholesale opportunities if applicable)
• Deliver exclusive leads only
(No shared leads, no recycled leads, no leads given to multiple clients)
• Maintain a consistent output of quality over quantity
(We care more about strong, well-analysed deals than just random volume)
• Present all leads in a clean, professional spreadsheet including:
• Product name
• ASIN
• Supplier / website
• Cost price
• Selling price
• Estimated profit
• ROI
• Sales rank / estimated sales
• Number of sellers
• Buy box analysis
• Keepa screenshots / notes
• Any risks or concerns
• Avoid:
• Oversaturated products
• Unstable Keepa charts
• Obvious tanking listings
• Hazardous/restricted/problematic brands
• Low-quality “scan and send” deals with weak analysis

?

Minimum Deal Standards

As a general baseline, leads should typically meet:
• Minimum £10 profit
• 20%+ ROI
• Strong sales consistency / healthy demand
• Stable or logical Keepa history
• Reasonable competition
• Clear buying rationale

Important:
We care more about good decisions and strong analysis than blindly forcing numbers.
A great deal analyst understands why a product is good, not just what the calculator says.

?

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered, you must have:
• Proven experience in Amazon UK Online Arbitrage sourcing
• Strong Keepa analysis skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience using:
• Keepa
• SellerAmp
• ArbiSource (custom scan experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to source through:
• Software
• Manual analysis
• Storefront stalking
• Online research
• Amazon-to-Amazon opportunities
• Strong understanding of:
• Buy box trends
• Price drops / tanking risk
• Seller competition
• Rank consistency
• Seasonal patterns
• Listing risk / product quality issues
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability and consistency

?

Who Will Excel in This Role

You will do well in this role if you:
• Think like an analyst, not just a scanner
• Can explain why a deal is good
• Understand how to read Keepa deeply
• Know how to spot when a deal is actually bad even if the numbers look good
• Care about long-term account health, not just quick wins
• Take pride in being one of the best at what you do
• Want to grow with a serious Amazon business long-term

?

Why Join Us
• Work directly with a serious, fast-growing Amazon UK business
• Long-term opportunity for the right people
• Performance-based bonuses for strong, consistent work
• Growth potential into a more senior sourcing / buying role
• Work with a team that values:
• Excellence
• Accountability
• High standards
• Long-term thinking

We are building a real team — not just hiring random freelancers.

?

How to Apply

Only applicants who follow all instructions will be considered.

To apply, you must do ALL of the following:

1. Start your application with the word: YES

2. Send a sample of your previous sourcing work / deal sheet
(Applications without proof of experience will not be considered)

3. List all software and tools you are experienced with
(Example: Keepa, SellerAmp, ArbiSource, Tactical Arbitrage, etc.)

4. Briefly explain your sourcing process
Tell us:
• How you find deals
• How you analyse Keepa
• How you d ---------- whether a lead is worth sending

5. Tell us why you believe you are in the top 1% of Amazon product sourcers

6. (Important filter question)
Please answer this question in your application:

What makes a Keepa chart attractive to you, and what are 3 red flags that would make you reject a deal even if the ROI looks good?

?

Final Note

We are only looking for people who take pride in being excellent.

If you are average, this role is not for you.
If you are serious, skilled, and want to grow with a high-performance team — we’d love to hear from you.
