We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who loves bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll get clear direction and raw footage, and your job will be to turn those ideas into powerful, engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta ads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and produce high-performing videos from raw UGC and creative briefs
2. Optimize videos for each platform with the right pacing, hooks, captions, and aspect ratios
3. Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines with ease
4. Communicate clearly and share creative ideas or improvements
5. Keep files organized and deliver high-quality exports in the right formats (MP4, ProRes, vertical, horizontal)
Types of Content:
- Short-form UGC ads (10–60 sec)
- Video Sales Letter's (2–5 mins)
- Cinematic voice over b-roll videos
- Meme videos
- AI lip-sync edits
- Repurposed YouTube clips
Skills & Experience:
- Proven video editing experience with a portfolio that shows UGC, social media, or ad content
- Strong understanding of what makes a video engaging and high-converting
- Great eye for visuals: color correction, sound cleanup, motion text, and branding
- Quick learner who can spot and adapt to trending styles
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools
