We are hiring a Recruitment & Sourcing Operator responsible for finding and filtering high-performing sales talent (cold callers and acquisition specialists).
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
This is a results-driven, execution-heavy position where your job is to hunt, engage, and qualify candidates daily.
We are building a pipeline of A-players only — not average performers.
Work Structure
Starting: 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)
Clear daily output expectations
Opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance
Work can be done:
During your local evenings
No overnight US hours required
What You Will Be Doing
Actively sourcing candidates across:
Facebook
LinkedIn
Job platforms
Sending 20–30+ outreach messages daily
Identifying where high-performing salespeople spend time online
Engaging candidates directly (not waiting for applications)
Sending candidates our structured application process
Reviewing submissions (audio + metrics)
Rejecting low performers immediately
Submitting only 1–3 qualified candidates per day
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
20–30+ outreach messages per day
Daily activity and output required
1–3 qualified candidates submitted per day
This is a KPI-driven role.
This is NOT “post and wait.”

Compensation
$4–$5/hour
Performance-based bonuses for strong output
