We’re looking for a Proactive and Detail-Oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing Property Management Division. If you thrive in an organized environment, love helping things run smoothly, and take pride in keeping operations on track — we want to meet you!
#What You’ll Do
As our Property Management Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and our tenants happy. Your responsibilities will include:
# Using software tools like Google Workspace, and property management systems Buildium (Experience required)
# Coordinating property maintenance — scheduling repairs and following up with vendors and technicians
# Communicating with tenants, vendors, and utility providers in a friendly, professional manner
# Assisting with rent collections and invoices, ensuring timely processing
# Maintaining property and tenant records, including service logs and lease files
# Managing
# Supporting tenant onboarding — preparing and organizing lease documents
> Providing general admin support to the Property Manager and assisting on ongoing projects
> What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in property management or administrative support
Flawless proficiency in using Buildium (required)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and scheduling tools
Experience with QuickBooks or other property management software is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a professional home office ----------
Full-time: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Occasional availability for urgent tenant/vendor issues during U.S. business hours
