ABOUT ME
I’m Kirill Yudovski, founder and CEO of Data-Driven Growth, Inc. I split my time between scaling Juice My Ride, an international eCommerce brand, and optimizing a portfolio of over 70 rental properties. I live and breathe systems, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement. I move fast, demand clarity and excellence, and aim to free myself for strategic growth. As my partner, you’ll build the processes and tools that turn my vision into results.

As our Chief of Staff / Integrator, you will be the right-hand strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring the vision of the business is executed with precision. Your mission is to drive alignment, execution, and accountability across all departments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for both hands-on execution and strategic resource allocation. Since we do not yet have a full leadership structure in place, you must solve challenges directly or source the right talent to execute effectively. It’s on you to determine what additional resources—whether systems, people, or processes—are needed to achieve company goals. This role requires a high level of ownership and heavy lifting, as you will play a critical role in building the operational foundation that will drive our growth.

TOP Responsibilities
VISION EXECUTION & STRATEGIC PLANNING
• Translate company’s vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across all teams.
• Develop and execute a structured planning cadence (annual and quarterly planning, leadership alignment meetings, performance reviews) to drive continuous ---------- ntum toward company goals.
• Drive the execution of annual and quarterly goals with clear accountability structures and KPIs.
• Develop POAs with clear deliverables, schedules, and assignees for all company-wide initiatives.

PEOPLE HIRING, MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact leadership team, ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
• Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and A-player performance.
• Implement a structured performance management system with clear KPI tracking.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching for tea ---------- mbers.
• Directly manage internal team (current headcount: 6)

BUSINESS SYSTEMS, PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT
• Select and implement a Business Operations System (EOS/ScaleableOS/similar).
• Establish business KPIs, Performance Dashboards, Reporting/P&L.
• Develop and continuously refine our process improvement framework.
• Implement our process improvement framework for all business departments and processes.

OPERATIONAL EXECUTION & LEADERSHIP
• Oversee and optimize all key operational departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency across Finance, HR, Business Process Improvement, Real Estate Operations, and eCommerce.
• Act as the execution engine of the company, ensuring seamless communication between the CEO, leadership team, and all functional areas.
• Act as strategic gatekeeper for the CEO—own ---------- systems, information flow, and decision-prep to protect focus and altitude.
• Manage resources effectively, balancing strategic oversight & project management.
• Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves when necessary to execute critical business functions, while systematically building and optimizing processes for delegation.
• No-task-too-small hands-on task execution: admin/financial/reporting/legal/compliance/team and stakeholder communication or anything else the business or CEO needs.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & OPERATING SYSTEM
• Continuously improve our interactive & comprehensive Second Brain (company knowledge base) to include our ever-evolving business intelligence (decision-making principles, relevant data, process frameworks, etc).
• Continuously improve our Business Operating System & internal optimal performance guidelines.
• Ensure every role in the company operates with a data-driven approach and is empowered by our Second Brain (company knowledge base) for optimal decision-making and prioritization.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working US EST business hours.
The compensation is Php 150,000 - Php 220,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
