Remote Web, Technical, & Marketing Assistant
Rate: $8/hour / 13th Month Pay After 6+ Months
Hours: ~25 per week
Location: Remote (work directly with me, the Web & Tech Lead at Goldstar ATM)
--- About the Role ---
I need a sharp, tech-savvy assistant who can dive into WordPress, tweak HTML/CSS, spin up clean pages, tighten SEO, and wire up CRM automations — without needing hand-holding. You’ll be expected to figure things out first before bringing me anything critical. If you’re resourceful, quick to learn, and thrive on solving problems independently, we’ll get along great.
This is a long term position, so there will be room for growth in regards to responsibilities & pay.

--- Responsibilities ---
- Build and launch WordPress pages (Elementor sites are a plus)
- Improve on-page SEO and set up new pages the right way
- Create and test workflows/automations in CRMs, Zapier,
- Draft marketing campaigns and assets inside CRMs
- QA everything you touch: forms, buttons, layouts, mobile views
- Handle day-to-day assistant tasks: replying to
- Update task boards (Trello, Miro, etc.), follow up on overdue items, and lightly project manage recurring tasks.
- Pull reports from CRMs, Google Analytics, or marketing campaigns and send weekly summaries.
- Help research plugins, tools, or competitors when needed.

- Pages look polished, load fast, and pass a mobile audit
- Automations run smoothly, with bugs caught before launch
- SEO basics handled on every page (meta, titles, alt text, headers)

- Admin and comms handled without reminders
- You solve small problems, escalate the real ones
- Recurring tasks get done without reminders – consistent execution week over week
- Everything looks clean and intentional – from file names to subject lines to Zoom invites
--- Requirements ---
- Self-reliant and eager to problem-solve before escalating
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong WordPress skills (Elementor knowledge a plus)
- Solid grasp of HTML and CSS
- Experience with CRMs and low-code tools like Zapier or Make
- Familiar with SEO best practices
- Can set up GA4 and tag managers when needed
- Knows Adobe tools or reliable alternatives
- Available during US business hours (Pacific Time), with flexibility for focused solo work during PH daytime
- Capable laptop/desktop and a backup internet connection
