Overview
I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to help me manage ongoing projects, organize my notes and data into formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation, and create SIPOC diagrams to identify process improvement opportunities.
You’ll also help analyze data using Excel (including advanced formulas) and prepare professional business presentations to summarize findings and process updates.
Responsibilities
-Gather and organize scattered project notes, files, and data into clear, structured process documents.
-Create SOPs, workflows, and process maps using tools like Google Docs, L
-Develop SIPOC diagrams for core business processes.
-Maintain and update a process library for ongoing projects.
-Perform data analysis in Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
-Create professional PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations summarizing project updates and findings.
-Assist with project tracking, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
Requirements
-Proven experience in operations support, process documentation, or project coordination.
-Strong Excel skills (must know VLOOKUP, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH).
-Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
-Familiarity with SIPOC or Lean Six Sigma concepts (preferred but not required).
-Excellent English communication and writing skills.
-Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Schedule
-Full-time or part-time (flexible, depending on fit).
-Long-term position for the right candidate.
-Salary: ?30,000–?45,000/month depending on experience.
-Work hours: Flexible but must attend weekly check-ins. We are in Central Time Zone and can schedule meetings for early mornings or late afternoons to accommodate the time difference.
