What You'll Do
This role is the front line of our operation. You'll be the first and most frequent point of contact for borrowers and lenders, which means your communication, speed, and accuracy directly impact whether deals close.
Day to day, you will:
Send deal prescreens to wholesale lenders and collect quotes (rate, points, LTV, terms)
Call and
Conduct warm and cold outreach to real estate investors via phone,
Manage inbound leads through HubSpot CRM — qualify, route, and follow up
Keep all deal records updated in HubSpot in real time (we don't use spreadsheets — if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen)
Follow up with lenders on outstanding quotes and conditions
Flag issues or delays to the founder immediately — no surprises
Who You Are
Fluent spoken AND written English — not conversational, fluent. You will be on the phone daily with US borrowers and lenders. If you're not confident on a live call with a US business owner, this isn't the role.
Professional and confident on the phone — you sound like a closer, not a call center
Fast. You respond to messages quickly, you move tasks forward without being asked, and you don't let things sit
Detail-oriented to the point of obsession — loan data has to be accurate, every time
A proactive communicator — if you're stuck, behind, or confused, you say so immediately. Silence is the only unacceptable answer.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls — no background noise, no exceptions
Available during US Central Time business hours (9am–5pm CT, Monday–Friday)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or financial services
HubSpot or CRM experience
Previous VA experience for a US-based company
Familiarity with DSCR loans, Fix & Flip, or construction lending
Compensation
$5 USD/hour (20 hours/week to start)
$100 USD bonus per deal you bring in through outreach (paid monthly)
Path to full-time (40 hrs/week) as deal volume grows
Performance review and rate increase consideration at 90 days
