Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in digital advertising sales, particularly in guest posts, native ads, and sponsored content. You should have an existing client network, warm leads, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in the digital media space.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate lead by themselves.
Manage the end-to-end digital ad sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
Leverage your existing leads and professional network to generate new business
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media partners
Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and develop revenue strategies
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Good communication skill
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Advertising or Digital Media Sales
Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Native Advertising, Guest Post or SEO-related campaigns.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Highly self motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $1000/month + incentive (5%, 1~3 months evaluation period, evaluation period might end early in case they meet the sales goal)
After achieving a sales goal in the evaluation period : $2,000/month + incentive 5% with higher sales goal (KPI), if it doesn't meet the monthly goal, downgrade to evaluation period.
Incentive: Competitive performance-based incentives, the rate is based on performance.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Location: On-site - Sampaloc, Manila
