This is fast-paced direct-response editing for paid ads — UGCs, testimonials, mashups, and short-form video built to sell.
We test dozens of creatives weekly. We care about results, psychology, and your ability to turn attention into emotion and emotion into action.
Your Day-to-Day
Edit short-form ads (10–45 seconds) for
Cut UGC clips, hook openers, voiceovers, and music into scroll-stopping edits.
Write or place captions that sell, not just decorate.
Test different hooks, intros, and transitions for A/B versions.
Analyse which edits perform best and improve your next ones.
Organise and deliver files properly — no chaos, no excuses.
You’re Perfect for This If
You’ve edited direct-response or UGC ads before (not vlogs or cinematic reels).
You understand consumer psychology — what grabs attention and what gets people to click “buy.”
You can spot weak hooks instantly and fix them.
You care about results more than “artistic perfection.”
You’re fast, accountable, and able to deliver multiple edits a week.
Must-Have Skills
Expert with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
Fluent English communication.
Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and ad structure.
