About the Role

You’ll be responsible for all things sound — from transforming AI-generated scripts into natural, emotionally engaging voiceovers, to curating music and sound design that elevate our storytelling across multiple YouTube channels.
You’ll work on cinematic emotional stories , psychology explainers and a bunch of others, ensuring each video sounds premium, immersive, and emotionally cohesive.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Production
• Generate and edit 3-4 lifelike AI voiceovers per day using ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or similar tools.
• Apply SSML tags for natural pacing, emphasis, and tone control.
• Clean and balance narration using iZotope RX, Auphonic, or equivalent.
• Build and maintain a consistent library of voices (male/female, accents, tones) across channels.

Sound Design & Music Curation
• Select and license background tracks from Epidemic Sound, Artlist, or similar libraries.
• Match music and ambient SFX to each story’s emotional arc (tension, reflection, resolution).
• Create pre-tagged “mood banks” of tracks for editors to streamline workflow.
• Mix narration, SFX, and music to broadcast quality standards (-14 LUFS, clean peaks).
• Ensure the final audio enhances emotional storytelling without overpowering dialogue.

Workflow & Collaboration
• Work closely with editors to maintain consistent loudness, pacing, and transitions.
• Standardize naming, versioning, and delivery of audio assets across all projects.
• Suggest new AI tools or sound design techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in developing automation scripts or presets for recurring tasks.

Requirements
• Proven experience in audio production, sound design, or podcast post-production.
• Strong understanding of AI TTS platforms (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, etc.) and SSML.
• Mastery of audio cleanup and mastering tools (RX, Auphonic, Logic, Audition, Reaper, or similar).
• Excellent taste for cinematic, emotional storytelling through sound.
• Ability to work quickly, meet daily deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
• Fluent in English; clear communication and collaborative attitude essential.

Bonus:
• Experience mixing for YouTube or short-form social platforms.
• Understanding of loudness standards for multi-platform publishing.
• Familiarity with automation (Python/FFmpeg/Batch scripting) or AI voice cloning.
