About the Role
Samasu Digital is building a portfolio of high-performing YouTube channels (faceless and branded) — including both newly launched brands and existing monetised acquisitions.
We’re seeking an experienced Channel & Operations Lead to oversee the full production and growth lifecycle across all channels: from content planning, creative workflow, and monetization to analytics, staffing, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Strategy
• Oversee all channel operations — both new and pre-existing monetized assets.
• Define and execute growth strategies for audience retention, CTR, and RPM.
• Manage content calendars, upload schedules, and brand alignment across channels.
• Coordinate content cross-posting strategy for Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and Spotify.
• Ensure each channel’s compliance with YouTube Partner Program and monetization policies.
Production Oversight
• Supervise end-to-end production pipeline (ideation ? scripting ? editing ? publishing).
• Approve final videos, titles, thumbnails, and metadata for maximum reach.
• Maintain quality benchmarks for storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
• Implement efficient workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Pictory, etc.).
Team & Operations
• Lead and mentor a remote team of writers, editors, voice engineers, and SEO managers.
• Manage budgets, tool subscriptions, contracts, and freelancer relationships.
• Build and refine SOPs for video production, analytics tracking, and rights management.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate performance of production and social teams.
Analytics & Monetization
• Monitor analytics daily — retention, click-through, RPM, and engagement metrics.
• Optimize performance based on data trends and A/B testing.
• Track ad revenue, affiliate income, and platform bonuses.
• Identify and negotiate sponsorships or integrations that align with channel themes.
Cross-Platform & Brand Growth
• Manage consistent publishing strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Reels,
• Align social performance with larger marketing initiatives (e.g., OpenLine launches).
• Experiment with emerging formats and platforms for growth opportunities.

Requirements
• Proven success managing one or more monetized YouTube channels (100k+ subscribers or 1M+ monthly views).
• Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, algorithms, and monetization policies.
• Experience scaling teams and workflows for daily video output.
• Proficiency with AI-driven production tools (e.g., GPT-based writing, AI voice generation, automated editing).
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with data dashboards, KPI reporting, and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong creative intuition for thumbnails, titles, and storytelling pacing.
• Familiarity with cross-platform growth (TikTok, Reels,
