Web Designer (with SEO, Graphic Design, Social Media, Lead Generation & Inventory Management Skills)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that deliver an outstanding user experience
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high conversion rates
Optimize websites for search engines (SEO), including on-page and technical SEO best practices
Create engaging graphics and visual assets for web and social media channels
Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms (e.g.,
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and nurture prospects
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
Manage and update online inventory, ensuring accurate product listings and availability
Coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams to streamline online sales operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Demonstrated skills in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical)
Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
Experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns
Familiarity with lead generation strategies and tools (landing pages, forms,
Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance
Experience with eCommerce platforms and online inventory management
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid social or PPC campaigns
