AMAZON FBA GENERAL VA (Listing, PPC & Operations Support)
Potential to grow into a Team Lead role
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a small, product-focused eCommerce business based in Dubai, launching our first brand in the U.S. Amazon marketplace.
Our focus is on bamboo kitchenware inspired by Japanese craftsmanship — functional, minimalistic, and sustainable.
Our first product, a bamboo spice drawer organizer, is ready for shipment (500 units) and marks the start of a long-term Amazon business.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA General VA who can support the daily operations of our Amazon store — including listings, PPC setup, and performance tracking.
This is a hands-on position for someone who already understands the basic Amazon FBA workflow and can work independently with limited supervision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central listings (titles, bullets, keywords, backend data, variations)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- Prepare and update A+ Content and infographics (using Canva or similar tools)
- Coordinate FBA shipments, labeling, and tracking with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Set up and manage initial PPC campaigns (Auto + Manual)
- Prepare weekly reports on sales, ACOS/TACOS, rankings, and stock levels
- Communicate with suppliers or Amazon support when needed
- Maintain clear documentation and task tracking (Google Drive, Trello, Sheets)
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-4 years of practical experience working with Amazon FBA (U.S. marketplace preferred)
- Good understanding of Seller Central, listings, PPC campaigns, and FBA logistics
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, Canva, and Google Sheets
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Depending on performance, this role may expand into a Team Lead position in the future.
That would include:
- Coordinating new tea
- Overseeing a PPC & Performance Specialist
- Ensuring smooth workflows, regular reporting, and communication with the owner
- Contributing to planning and scaling discussions

WORKING SETUP
- Start with 10 hours per week, increasing to 20 hours after 2–3 weeks based on performance
- Remote work (Philippines preferred)
