Role Overview
As an SDR at Humera, your mission is simple: get meetings. You’ll take our curated list of target accounts — billion-dollar fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms — and make sure the right people hear about Humera. You’re the first touchpoint, the tip of the spear. Your job is to turn cold targets into warm conversations.
What You’ll Do
Own outreach to key decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs, Product, and Fraud leaders) at target companies.
Follow up — relentlessly.
Qualify interest, uncover pain points, and hand off qualified meetings to the founder or AE team.
Maintain precise activity tracking in HubSpot/CRM and deliver weekly pipeline updates.
A/B test messaging, experiment with subject lines, and report what’s working.
Collaborate with marketing on personalization strategies for high-value accounts.

Organized enough to run 100+ targeted touches per week and remember who said what.
