We’re looking for a Marketing Production Assistant who can manage HubSpot, organize marketing files, create visuals, and keep our marketing programs running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to work with a U.S.-based team in a long-term, steady position.

Responsibilities
• HubSpot Management & Support
o Maintain contact lists, workflows, and campaign automations
o Create and schedule
o Help with marketing analytics and reporting
• Social Media Management
o Schedule approved posts across LinkedIn,
o Maintain consistent posting and compile engagement reports
o Respond to basic comments/messages as directed
• Asset Creation & Graphic Design
o Create marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Express
o Resize images, add overlays, and format content templates
o Support the monthly project case study with layout and photos
• Administrative & Technical Support
o Upload blogs and case studies to the website
o Keep folders and assets organized in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
o Prepare monthly content and performance reports

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience as a marketing VA or digital marketing assistant
• Proficient in HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint required)
• Strong attention to detail and clear English communication
• Graphic design or light video editing skills are a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results
