JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, execution, and coordination across multiple DTC brands.
This is a leadership-level position — ideal for someone who’s scaled brands through paid media, content, and community marketing, and has the systems mindset to manage campaigns using Notion and other collaboration tools.

You’ll work directly with the founders and our creative, paid-media, and operations teams to align strategy, maintain marketing calendars, and drive campaign outcomes across Meta, TikTok, and email.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing operations across several DTC brands.

Use Notion as the central hub to plan, organize, and track campaigns, content calendars, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal and external teams — including designers, media buyers, and influencer managers — to ensure deadlines are met.

Develop and optimize social-media marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Analyze performance across channels (organic + paid) and report insights weekly.

Create and maintain marketing dashboards, SOPs, and workflow automations inside Notion or similar tools.

Work closely with founders to plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, and long-term growth initiatives.

Requirements

? 5+ years experience in marketing management, campaign strategy, or growth roles.
? Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for e-commerce or DTC brands.
? Deep experience using Notion for project and marketing management (you’ll be tested on this).
? Strong understanding of social-media marketing — organic, influencer, and paid (Meta + TikTok).
? Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to translate strategy into clear execution plans.
? Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
? Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) with consistent communication.

Preferred Skills

? Experience collaborating with paid-media teams (Meta / Google Ads).
? Familiarity with influencer management tools (Influencer Hero, Modash, etc.).
? Strong copywriting or creative-briefing background.
? Knowledge of attribution and analytics tools (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify analytics).
