Your Main Tasks
Add, edit, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, photos, prices, inventory).
Use Shopify apps like Easify, Dibs, and Stocky to handle bundles and purchase orders.
Set up promotions, discount codes, and product bundles.
Keep collections, menus, and navigation easy to browse.
Monitor and fix order, shipping, or payment issues when they pop up.
Work with our marketing team on graphics, sales, and social media promotions.
Coordinate with dropshippers to make sure online orders go out on time.
Manage Shopify apps for reviews, shipping, CRM, and marketing tools.
Generate reports for sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
Adjust and improve the Shopify theme for a smooth, user-friendly layout (no design or heavy coding required).
Optimize product pages for SEO and mobile users.
Stay updated with Shopify tools, apps, and trends.
Who We’re Looking For
Excellent English skills (you’ll work with a U.S. team through Zoom, Slack, and Asana).
Proven experience managing Shopify stores (send links to your work).
Confident using Shopify Admin, apps, and integrations.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
Experience with product bundling and inventory tracking.
Fast and reliable laptop/PC that can handle multiple tabs and tools at once — ideally with two monitors for better multitasking.
Great attention to detail and organization.
Can work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus points if you love camping, travel, or outdoor gear!
