JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Media Operations Coordinator/ Project Management Coordinator
Department: Media Team
Reports To: Senior Manager, Project Management
Location: Remote – Philippines
Schedule: Full-Time | 8+ hours/day | Monday–Friday | Must work U.S. business hours

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Operations/ Project Management Coordinator to join our growing Media team. In this role, you will support project management, CRM workflows, and email marketing operations across multiple accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign tasks are executed accurately, on time, and aligned to business objectives.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in digital marketing and media operations while contributing meaningful value to a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track project tasks within Asana and ensure timely delivery
• Support CRM updates, segmentation, and campaign setup using Microsoft Dynamics
• Assist with email marketing tasks including scheduling, QA, and reporting
• Maintain organized asset libraries and fi le management in Dropbox
• Utilize Site Impact for email deployment and campaign support
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables
• Participate in regular tea ---------- etings and provide ongoing status updates
• Perform detailed QA on all campaign deliverables to ensure accuracy and brand compliance

Required Qualifications
• Fluent written and verbal English communication
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, CRM, or email marketing roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable building sheets from scratch
• Familiarity with workfl ow tools and cloud management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working fully remote during U.S. business hours (PST/MST preferred)

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
• Experience in Asana or similar project management tools
• Email marketing or deployment experience (e.g., Site Impact, ESPs)
• Knowledge of digital marketing and media terminology
