Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track project tasks within Asana and ensure timely delivery
• Support CRM updates, segmentation, and campaign setup using Microsoft Dynamics
• Assist with
• Maintain organized asset libraries and fi le management in Dropbox
• Utilize Site Impact for
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables
• Participate in regular tea
• Perform detailed QA on all campaign deliverables to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
Required Qualifications
• Fluent written and verbal English communication
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, CRM, or
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable building sheets from scratch
• Familiarity with workfl ow tools and cloud management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working fully remote during U.S. business hours (PST/MST preferred)
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
• Experience in Asana or similar project management tools
•
• Knowledge of digital marketing and media terminology
