The Glow CEO is a U.S.-based financial and business consulting brand helping clients build, repair, and leverage credit to access business funding.

We’re expanding our backend systems and credit repair division and are looking for a Go High Level (GHL) + Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) Specialist who can handle automations, funnels, email flows, and credit dispute workflows — with the potential to grow into a full-time Operations Manager as we scale.

???? Our Mission

To manage and optimize all backend workflows, funnels, and email automations inside Go High Level (GHL) while handling the full credit dispute process inside Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) to deliver real results for our clients.

?? Key Responsibilities
???? Go High Level (GHL)

Build and manage funnels, automations, pipelines, and forms

Create and maintain email/SMS workflows for client nurturing and updates

Connect calendars, payment gateways, and CRM automations

Manage lead segmentation and automated follow-up sequences

Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements

???? Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)

Pull and analyze client credit reports (MyFreeScore Now)

Draft, send, and track credit dispute letters

Monitor dispute results and update CRC client records

Maintain organized workflows and ensure CROA compliance

Report progress and success metrics monthly

???? Admin & Collaboration

Keep internal dashboards and client trackers updated

Communicate results and workflow improvements to the CEO

Assist in refining automations and SOPs for scaling

???? Required Skills

Proficient in Go High Level (GHL) — funnels, automations, workflows, and emails

Experienced with Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) — required

Strong knowledge of FCRA and credit dispute processes

Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail

Excellent written English communication

Self-motivated and reliable

???? Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base Pay: $200/month (part-time, 4 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Bonus Type Description Payout
Setup Completion Bonus $250 one-time bonus if all workflows, automations, funnels, and backend systems are fully set up and functioning by November 1 $250
Client Deletion Bonus $50 bonus for every 10 verified deletions per month $50 per 10 deletions
Client Success Bonus (80%) $100 bonus when a client has at least 80% of negative items removed after completing 6 dispute rounds $100 per client
Client Success Bonus (100%) $250 bonus when a client has 100% of negative items removed after 6 dispute rounds $250 per client


???? As the credit repair division grows, this position will evolve into a full-time Operations Manager role with higher pay and potential revenue-sharing opportunities.
