ABOUT US
No Jumper is a leading culture podcast and media brand that delves into music, pop-culture, interviews and trending voices across internet culture. We’re looking to bring on a proactive part-time Virtual Assistant who will help us scale our clip production, social media distribution and keep our admin moving smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Timestamp full podcast episodes, identifying high-value
Cut, edit and format clips for upload (vertical/horizontal as needed)
Upload clips to social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok,
Monitor and respond to basic social media engagement (comments, questions) or flag for senior tea
Assist with general administrative tasks: organizing files/folders, managing upload logs/spreadsheets, coordinating with team, scheduling content calendar
Send daily or weekly updates on tasks completed, upcoming tasks, issues/risks requiring attention
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…
Hard Skills
Are comfortable working with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalent)
Can upload and manage content across social media platforms (YouTube Studio, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Have strong written English skills, good grammar, and an eye for attention to detail
Are comfortable working remotely, using Google Drive/Sheets, Slack/Teams, and tracking your tasks
Have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
Soft Skills
Are self-starter, can take ownership of your task list and follow through without constant reminders
Thrive in a fast-paced media environment and can adapt to shifting priorities
Are organized, can keep multiple tasks moving and update the team proactively
Possess strong communication skills—clear, timely, and transparent
Are excited by digital media, culture podcasts, social trends and want to contribute to a growing brand
SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS
Approx. 15-20 hours/week, part-time (exact schedule to be agreed)
Some overlap with US hours may be required for coordination with founders/team
Must have own equipment: computer/laptop, editing software, webcam/audio for occasional meetings
Must have quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet
