JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper to join our retail clothing store team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail accounting and inventory management, with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records

Handle inventory reconciliation between QuickBooks and Shopify

Enter and pay bills, and maintain organized vendor records

Communicate with vendors, responding to billing or payment questions promptly and professionally

Support overall financial and inventory operations for the store

Requirements:

Proven experience with QuickBooks, including inventory matching with Shopify

Background in retail bookkeeping, ideally in the clothing industry

Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

must be able to work during New York EST
