JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to reach out to doctors in California. This role focuses on making outbound calls, building rapport, and explaining the benefits of partnering with our company. Marketing experience is a plus, but the most important skill is being confident, engaging, and persuasive on the phone.

Location: Remote, Login Zoom Virtual Office everyday (non-negotiable)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to physicians and medical professionals to introduce our services.
- Explain the benefits of joining our company and answer questions about our process.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team on outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence (with American accent).
- Sales and telemarketing experience preferred.
- Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Organized and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
