Akasha Superfoods is a fast-growing beauty-from-within brand bringing ocean-based wellness to the modern consumer. We create products that help people look and feel their best from the inside out and we’re looking for a talented designer to help bring our visual storytelling to life across digital channels.

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who lives and breathes the wellness space and keeps up with social and digital design trends. This role will focus on producing static content for Facebook Ads and high-performing graphics for Instagram and Pinterest, aligned with our fresh, fun, and elevated brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities

Design 20–40 high-quality static ads per week for Facebook and paid social campaigns

Create Instagram content, including single graphics, carousel posts, and occasional story slides

Develop Pinterest-optimized graphics and pins that align with monthly campaigns

Maintain consistency with Akasha’s visual identity across all channels

Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and weekly promotions

Conduct ongoing competitive and trend research within the wellness + beauty space

Iterate quickly based on performance data and team feedback

Manage creative files and version control with organization and speed

Qualifications

Proven experience designing for e-commerce brands (preferably beauty, wellness, or CPG)

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital ads + social content creation

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Pro (experience with Reels/short-form design is a plus)

Understanding of visual storytelling for conversion-driven paid media

Trend-focused with a clean, modern design sensibility

Ability to manage deadlines and high volumes of creative output

Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetic products
