Job Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to lead our paid media campaigns across Meta
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ad strategy, creative testing, and analytics — and can manage ad spend efficiently while scaling ROI-positive campaigns.
You’ll be working closely with our marketing and sales team to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Create and manage campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPL, and CPA goals
Perform ongoing keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve performance
Write and edit ad copy with strong hooks and compliance-friendly messaging
Analyze campaign data daily and provide detailed performance reports
Collaborate with our creative and funnel teams to refine targeting and messaging
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient scaling without overspending
Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Requirements:
Proven experience managing ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google (minimum 2 years)
Demonstrated success running lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
Strong grasp of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and pixel setups
Excellent analytical skills — confident interpreting data to make smart decisions
Familiarity with ad compliance, especially for financial or service-based offers
Proficient in written English; able to communicate clearly with tea
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. hours or overlap
Preferred (Not Required):
Creative direction experience (ad angles, hooks, and visuals)
Knowledge of retargeting and cross-platform campaign strategies
Previous work in financial services, debt relief, or lead generation industries
