We are hiring an Executive Recruiter to help place Project Managers, Superintendents, and senior construction leaders with major contractors across the United States.
This is not a VA or sourcing-only role.
You will operate as a full recruiter, speaking with professionals, building pipelines, and helping drive real placements.

***What You’ll Do***
• Source and engage construction professionals across the United States
• Conduct recruiting conversations with passive candidates
• Present qualified candidates to managing partners or U.S. hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and support placements
• Build pipelines of talent for active searches
***Compensation***
Base Salary: $1,500–$3,000 USD per month
Commission: $500–$2,000 per placement
Earning Potential: Uncapped
