JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly skilled Google Ads & Tag Manager Specialist to help us build, launch, and manage paid campaigns for our martial arts and fitness brand — TRITAC Training Center in Cromwell, Connecticut (USA).

We already have strong creative assets, offers, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns running.
Now we’re ready to expand into Google Ads to dominate local search and scale our lead generation in Q4 2025.

This is a performance-driven marketing role — you should have direct experience managing Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns with proven ROI results for local businesses or gyms.

?? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display).

Conduct keyword research focused on martial arts, MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense terms.

Create multiple ad group structures with high-quality ad copy.

Manage and refine conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager + GA4.

Set up and troubleshoot event tags (form submits, calls, thank-you page tracking).

Optimize bidding strategies and ad performance weekly (CTR, CPC, CPA).

Implement A/B testing for ads, headlines, and landing page variants.

Create remarketing audiences and retargeting flows.

Provide clear weekly reporting and recommendations (cost per lead, conversions, call volume).

Coordinate with our internal team (creative + automation) to ensure smooth campaign execution.

???? QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years experience in Google Ads (Search, P-Max, YouTube)

2+ years experience using Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking

Experience running lead generation ads for local businesses (preferably gyms, fitness centers, or martial arts)

Strong understanding of keyword match types, negative keyword strategies, and ad extensions

Familiarity with ad copywriting and creative best practices

Comfortable working with landing pages, UTMs, and CRM tracking

Detail-oriented and self-driven — must be able to manage campaigns independently

Strong English communication skills

Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM automation tools

Familiarity with YouTube creative optimization

Understanding of Facebook Ads or multi-channel funnels

Passion for fitness, MMA, or martial arts (bonus)

???? COMPENSATION:

$500 – $1,000 USD/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses for hitting CPA and lead volume goals
Potential for long-term position as Paid Ads Manager across multiple TRITAC brands

? WORK SCHEDULE:

Flexible hours (we care about performance, not timezones)
Must attend 1–2 short check-in calls per week (EST-friendly)
Immediate start — this campaign is for Q4 2025
