???? About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who understands LinkedIn, executive research, and tech leadership hiring.
Your goal: help me save time by sourcing high-quality executive leads (Directors, VPs, Heads of Engineering) and qualified job opportunities in the tech industry — so I can focus on interviews, strategy, and relationship-building.

If you’re naturally curious, organized, fluent in English, and tech-aware, this is an opportunity to grow with a senior executive in Silicon Valley.

?

???? Weekly Responsibilities
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find executives (Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, and Heads of Engineering) in software companies with 1,000–5,000 employees, mainly in San Francisco and other major US cities.
• Search for leadership-level job postings (Director ? VP roles) on LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, and Indeed that match defined criteria.
• Build clean, well-organized Google Sheets with:
• Executive leads (LinkedIn profiles)
• Qualified job postings
• Draft short LinkedIn connection notes and follow-up messages that can be sent to executives.
• Write short LinkedIn posts or blog drafts from topics I provide (to strengthen public profile visibility).
• Share a concise weekly report summarizing progress, highlights, and next steps.

?

???? Requirements
• Based in the Philippines
• Fluent written English with excellent grammar and clarity
• Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, and Indeed
• Confident using Google Sheets, Docs, and email communication
• Self-driven, organized, and consistent with deadlines
• Understands technology companies and senior leadership roles (Director, VP, Head of Engineering, etc.)

?

???? Nice to Have
• Background in lead generation, sourcing, or recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and executive messaging
• Experience drafting LinkedIn posts or short blogs for professionals
• Understanding of tech industry trends and company structures

?

???? Test Task (Required to Apply)

Only apply if you complete the following test task — this helps us assess your accuracy, writing, and research skills.
