Credit Doctors is a fast-growing U.S.-based credit repair and funding company helping clients rebuild, repair, and leverage their credit to achieve financial freedom. We specialize in advanced credit sweep processes, consumer law disputes, and strategic credit building. Our company is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a dedicated Credit Repair Virtual Assistant who can manage all client accounts and help us scale to the next level.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Credit Repair VA who understands the credit repair industry — especially credit sweeps, TransUnion human trafficking reports, Equifax data breach claims, and FTC reports for Experian and Equifax.
This person will be responsible for managing 100+ active clients, submitting and tracking dispute letters, uploading responses, updating client progress, and ensuring every case is handled with speed and accuracy.

Your Responsibilities
? Manage and update all client files using our CRM and tracking tools
? Create and upload dispute letters for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
? Handle credit sweeps and follow up on FTC reports (data breach, identity theft, etc.)
? Submit human trafficking reports for TransUnion when applicable
? Respond to client updates, questions, and follow-ups in a timely manner
? Maintain detailed progress notes and communicate case updates weekly
? Monitor credit report changes and flag updates for review
? Upload dispute letters directly to the bureaus’ portals
? Assist in onboarding new clients and organizing documentation
? Create monthly progress reports for each client
? Stay updated on Metro 2 compliance, FCRA, and consumer laws related to credit repair

Skills & Qualifications
• ???? Minimum 2 years of experience in credit repair or credit sweep processing
• ???? Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and FCBA laws
• ???? Familiar with FTC
• ???? Experience with CRMs such as DisputeFox, Client Dispute Manager, Credit Repair Cloud, or HighLevel
• ???? Excellent English writing and communication skills
• ???? Attention to detail — must be able to handle 100+ client files accurately
• ???? Tech-savvy: Google Drive, Excel, Canva, PDFs,
• ???? Organized, proactive, and reliable with minimal supervision
