Salary
$15/hour or more based on experience. Initially estimated 20 hours/week with potential to increase to full-time.
Core Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, social,

• Coordinate cross-functional client teams and manage project delivery
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables
• Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain timely communication with clients
Key Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience preferably in B2B technology or similar industries
• Strong project management and delivery execution skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into deliverables
• Experience managing marketing for companies with multiple portfolio brands
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Available 9am to 12pm during US business hours (EST) for client meetings
Key Marketing Delivery Skills
• Content Creation: Press releases, case studies, marketing collateral, digital assets, newsletters, internal announcements
• Social Media Management: LinkedIn posting and scheduling, content curation, engagement monitoring, social media strategy implementation
• Brand Management: Logo implementation, brand guideline adherence, LinkedIn profile optimization, brand asset transitions
• Website & Digital Updates: Website content updates, intranet management, personnel updates, digital asset management
• Event Marketing: Trade show support, booth materials coordination, event collateral design and procurement
• Creative Development: Dual-branded marketing pieces, advertisements, promotional materials, presentation templates,
• Stakeholder Coordination: Cross-functional team liaison, follow-up on content submissions, stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Analytics & Reporting: Social media metrics analysis, campaign performance tracking, marketing effectiveness measurement
Preferred Experience
• Experience working with established brands (US or Europe-based companies preferred)
• Marketing execution in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
• Experience with brand transitions and implementing brand guidelines
• Proficiency with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media management
• Trade show and event marketing coordination experience
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Agency or consulting background managing multiple client accounts
• Strong track record of on-time, high-quality delivery
