About Us

Vessi is a fast-growing Nordic skincare brand selling in Norway, Sweden, and across Europe. We make clean, effective skincare inspired by Nordic nature — and we’re now expanding into TikTok Shop and UGC marketing.

We’re looking for a creative and organized TikTok Creator Outreach Coordinator to help us find and manage hundreds of small creators in Norway and Sweden (and Italy probably) who will receive our products and create authentic videos for TikTok.

???? Responsibilities

Research and contact TikTok creators in Norway and Sweden using TikTok search, Creator Marketplace, and Instagram.

Send out collaboration offers (free product in exchange for a video).

Track communication, shipping addresses, and video postings in a google excel sheet.

Follow up with creators who received products to make sure videos are posted.

Evaluate which creators perform best (based on engagement rate, quality, and fit).

Coordinate with our marketing manager to re-use the best videos for ads and our own channels.

Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with creators.

Requirements

Excellent written English (and ChatGPT to translate into other languages)

Strong understanding of TikTok and influencer marketing.

Organized, detail-oriented, reliable.

Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly targets.

Experience in influencer outreach, customer service, or e-commerce preferred.

Full-time (40 hours/week), flexible schedule aligned with CET (Europe) time zone.

Starting salary: $600–$1200 USD/month depending on experience.
