What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and lead a unified marketing & sales strategy aligned with company growth goals (client acquisition, revenue targets, brand equity).
- Develop and manage annual and quarterly plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with the leadership team and other departments (Operations, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and integrated execution.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Lead the full funnel marketing efforts: brand building, demand generation, content, performance, and retention.
- Oversee and evolve the brand identity (voice, positioning, messaging) to ensure consistent and differentiated presence.
- Own content strategy: blogs, video, social media, case studies, newsletters, guest & owner storytelling.
- Direct SEO and content optimization strategies to increase organic traffic, domain authority, and lead volume.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting) and other digital channels.
- Oversee website enhancements, landing pages, conversion optimization, and user experience.
- Lead marketing automation and nurture workflows
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI), and iterate accordingly.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead both inbound and outbound sales efforts targeting property owners, investors, and partner channels.
- Develop and refine the sales process, scripts, playbooks, objection handling, proposals, and contracts.
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, follow-up sequences, and forecasting.
- Conduct virtual or in-person pitches, demos, and negotiations with prospects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, investors, real estate professionals, and strategic referral partners.
- Execute partnership strategies (local agents, realtors, property networks) to generate higher-quality leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing to feed high-intent leads, ensure messaging alignment, and close the loop on lead quality and conversion.
Team Management & Execution
- Build, mentor, and lead a small team (or contract/freelancers) of marketers, content creators, designers, and sales associates.
- Oversee project coordination, prioritization, and deadline management to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, data-driven decisions, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined marketing & sales experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth
- Deep experience with marketing channels: SEO, content marketing, paid media,
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and messaging skills
- Data-first mindset; ability to define metrics, dashboards, and measure ROI
- Hands-on operator who can “do” while leading
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
