Location: Remote | Schedule: 40 hrs/week with 4 hrs/day U.S. overlap (9AM – 1PM EST)
Compensation: $5.50/hr for first 3 months; Opportunity for pay increase post-training based on performance

ABOUT THE ROLE
Keep orders clean, payments tracked, and reports flowing so our sales team can focus on growth. You’ll handle the details behind the scenes—sales orders, collections, and reporting—while keeping communication clear and organized across channels. Accuracy, consistency, and steady follow-through are the name of the game.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales & Order Management
• Enter customer orders from
• Match orders to the correct customer accounts using Fishbowl.
• Confirm payment status before finalizing orders.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete order details.
Collections & Client Communication
• Manage follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Monitor client communications via
• Respond to order-related questions and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Sales Rep Support & Reporting
• Keep records of all paid invoices attached to sales reps.
• Assist in generating daily sales and open order reports.
• Compile lists of best-selling items to inform product discontinuation decisions.
General Administrative Support
• Handle other administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain and organize digital records.
• Coordinate internally with the Operations Lead or other tea

HOW YOU WORK
You are detail-oriented, steady under deadlines, and proactive in catching small issues before they snowball. You communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and keep everyone in the loop without needing reminders.
REPORTING
• Weekly: Order volume, open invoices, and collections progress.
• Monthly: Commission accuracy, best-seller insights, and open receivables summary.
• As Needed: Ad hoc reports or escalation summaries
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Orders entered accurately and on time.
• Payments tracked and collections followed up without delay.
• Commissions calculated cleanly and approved with no back-and-forth.
• Clear visibility into sales activity through updated reports.
30/60/90-DAY PLAN
• 30 days: Fully trained on Fishbowl, Shopify, Faire, and reporting workflows; processing orders with 100?curacy.
• 60 days: Independently handling collections, invoices, and commission calculations.
• 90 days: Maintaining a clean, automated report cadence and proposing at least one workflow improvement.
