Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in QuickBooks and customer account management? Do you enjoy solving problems, managing cases, and keeping financials in perfect order? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

- This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
- Starting salary of $4/hour, subject to a 90-day performance review for salary increase.
- Quarterly (90 day) Salary Increases: based on work performance meeting minimum standards
- PTO ( Paid Time Off): Holiday schedule for Paid time off will be disclosed, with 14 Days PTO/year available for Full Time Employees

What You'll Do:
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Enter transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Track expenses, income, and prepare financial reports for review
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, or internal teams regarding account updates and case statuses
- Assist with customer case management, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
- Maintain organized records and documentation for accounting and case files
- Follow company procedures through Click Up and Go High Level

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a noise-canceling microphone/headset
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
- Reliable backup internet connection
- Prior experience or knowledge of Go High Level is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or case management is a plus
- On Camera 8 hours a day
