The Mission:

We are looking for a superstar IT Manager who is much more than a traditional tech lead. You will be the architect of our entire technological ecosystem. Your core mission is to harness the power of automation and artificial intelligence to streamline our operations, supercharge our social media presence, and future-proof our company. You won't just manage our IT—you will be a strategic partner in driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic IT Leadership & Management:

Serve as the company’s primary technology expert, managing all hardware, software, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
Develop and implement a cohesive IT strategy that aligns with business goals.
Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of all company data and systems.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement.
2. Automation & AI Engineering:

Identify, design, and implement automation solutions across all departments (e.g., sales, marketing, HR, finance) to eliminate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and tools to solve business challenges, such as data analysis, customer service chatbots, predictive analytics, and content personalization.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in AI and automation, constantly proposing and testing new ideas.
3. Social Media Technology Expertise:

Leverage technology to dramatically enhance our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Utilize and automate social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
Explore and implement AI-powered tools for social listening, content ideation, ad optimization, and performance tracking.
Work closely with the marketing team to turn data into actionable social media insights.
Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

A proven IT Manager, Tech Lead, or a similar role with a track record of going above and beyond.
Technical Skills:

Must-Have: Proficiency in automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, ---------- , Power Automate, custom Python/RPA scripts).
Must-Have: Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning. This could include building with OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, or using advanced no-code AI platforms.
Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
Social Media Tech Savvy: You don't just use social media; you understand the technology behind it. You know how to use APIs and tools to gain a competitive edge.
A proactive problem-solver with a "builder" mindset. You see a problem and you architect a solution.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of explaining complex tech concepts to non-technical teams.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional skills and a proven portfolio are highly valued.
