ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring for a Senior SEO Manager / Leadership Track role responsible for Amazon and Walmart listing optimization across multiple client accounts.
This is a high-level ownership role, not a junior execution role.
You will be responsible for:
-- Setting strategy
-- Approving and rejecting work
-- Mentoring tea
-- Driving measurable improvements in ranking, indexation, conversion, and revenue
Final role level (Senior, Lead, or Manager) will be determined through a paid trial project based on actual performance, not just experience.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Own SEO performance across multiple client accounts (ranking, traffic, conversion)
--- Lead keyword research and clustering strategy for new and existing listings
--- Review, refine, approve, or reject listing copy before publication
--- Ensure correct keyword placement across all listing elements
--- Diagnose and resolve indexation, ranking, and conversion issues
--- Align SEO with PPC and Design teams for full-funnel performance
--- Train, mentor, and review SEO specialists and listing tea
--- Build and improve SEO SOPs for scalability
--- Monitor performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
--- Provide clear, strategic recommendations to leadership
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
--- 3+ years at an Amazon or Walmart AGENCY (multi-brand experience required)
--- Experience managing SEO across multiple brands simultaneously
--- Experience reviewing and approving/rejecting work from other tea
--- Strong understanding of keyword intent, SERP behavior, and conversion strategy
--- Proven ability to diagnose and fix underperforming listings
--- Ability to clearly explain strategy and decision-making
TOOLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You must have experience using these tools, but must NOT rely on them blindly.
