About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Copywriter to write high-performing content for the personal brand of Bruno Souza, a public figure focused on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and high-performance content.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes copywriting, understands direct-response psychology, and can write in a way that feels human, compelling, and impossible to ignore.
Key Responsibilities:
-Write 3–4 Instagram carousel posts daily (10 slides, ~400 words each)
-Create reel scripts designed for virality and conversion
-Write captions optimized for engagement, reach, and lead generation
-Use AI tools to assist in brainstorming, editing, and A/B testing copy
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
? Write like a human—not a corporate marketer
? Are an 11/10 in English writing (native-level fluency required)
? Understand copywriting psychology and have studied it formally (books, courses, mentors)
? Know how to use AI to improve output and productivity
? Can take critical feedback and iterate quickly
? Are passionate about direct-response marketing and long-term growth

? You have never studied copywriting or direct response
? You need constant instruction or supervision
? You only “speak” English well but cannot write at a professional, persuasive level
