Remote Operations Coordinator (E-Commerce / Data & Process Support)
Work From Home | Full-Time | Long-Term Role
Timezone: Toronto, Canada (EST overlap required)
We are a fast-growing E-commerce operations company in Canada managing multiple online stores across Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, and other marketplaces. We’re looking for a Remote Operations Coordinator who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized — someone who loves solving problems, working with data, and helping improve workflows.
Main Responsibilities
• Support daily operational tasks — updating trackers, reports, and SharePoint/Asana boards.
• Perform data entry and verification for shipments, returns (RMA), and reimbursement reports.
• Help prepare performance dashboards and summary sheets in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Maintain process documentation and assist in SOP updates.
• Identify inconsistencies or data issues and communicate them clearly.
• Collaborate with remote tea
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations, admin, or data-related role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint is a plus.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
