Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales representatives to drive our organization's growth. Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales representative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with sales managers to understand team needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies for sales roles.
Leverage various sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and networking platforms to attract high-caliber sales professionals.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and reference checks.
Follow up on applications, guide candidates through the hiring process, and assist with documentation and background checks.
Utilize sales pitching techniques to sell job opportunities and our company culture to potential hires.
Handle other recruitment-related tasks as needed to support sales team expansion.
Requirements:
Perfect English fluency (spoken and written)—must sound natural and confident when communicating with U.S. prospects; no accents that hinder clarity.
- Proven experience in Online/Remote recruitment;
- Can work part-time or full-time in PST schedule
- Can start immediately
- At least 10mbps internet connection (With backup ISP preferred)
- Noise-cancelling headset (Quiet environment)
Starting Rate: $4.50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Business Hours Pacific Standard Time (PST)
